We want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. Our refund/return policy outlines the guidelines for requesting refunds and returning items purchased through our website. Please read the following instructions carefully:
Eligibility for Refunds/Returns:
As per UK law, you may return the item(s) for any reason, including changing your mind within 14 days. After that, the items needs to be faulty/not fit for purpose.
Initiating a Refund/Return Request:

Required Information:
We will need enough information to identify the sale on our records. Please provide your name and the product in question, and the date of the purchase.
Refund/Return Process:
We will process the refund on receipt of the returned items, where we will post out a replacement, or inform the card processor to perform the fund. The actual refund will be performed by our card processor, and may take up to two weeks. Any costs involved in posting an item back to us will be refunded.
Exceptions and Exclusions:
Whereas refunds will be given for damaged items, torn celophane on a product, including Tabletop Card Games does not constitute damage if that is the sole defect. Also, while of course full refunds will be given on returned items, no partial refunds will be given.
Changes to the Refund/Return Policy:
This policy will be updated as and when legislation dictates or if we feel we need to amend the terms.
